Day 1 Arrive Bangkok
Arrive in Bangkok and transfer to your downtown hotel before getting to know your tour guide over evening drinks and a tour briefing.
Day 2 Bangkok City tour
We discover the imposing Grand Palace and an enormous reclining Buddha and cruise the Thonburi river canals by longtail boat. Later, explore Jim Thompson's beautiful Thai-style house and Chinatown's frenetic Sampeng Lane, once home to smoky opium dens and now a shopper's delight. We get to know Bangkok a little deeper, visiting the fascinating National Museum, and climbing the serene Golden Mount for dramatic city skyline views. Time in the evening to explore the City of Angels, savour delicious Thai cuisine and get to know why this bustling city is one of Asia's most exciting and diverse.
