HAN-05 Cha Ca La Vong & Water Puppet Show (Full evening)

One of the reasons for travelling to Vietnam is sure to be the food. Cha Ca, which means grilled fish, was found by the ancestor of the today’s restaurant owner to treat De Tham, the national hero, who led the peasant’s uprising against the French Colonists from 1893 to 1913. Today, this food becomes very famous in Hanoi and it is served in the typical house of the Old Quarter where we have a memorable experience of Hanoi Capital. After tasting this delicious cuisine, we walk down to the center and enjoy water puppet show, a unique Vietnamese Art Form dating back from the 11 th century.
