CHL-01 Pleiku (Full day)

Pleiku is a market town in the center of a vast and fertile plateau of red volcanic soil. The area is the home of Bahnar and Jarai minorities. A day tour in Pleiku includes a visit to Daketu and Dakeray villages. We are invited to the Rong, a communal house of Bahnar minority where we enjoy the Gong performance. We also visit Playmorong village and learn that the Jarai minority have an unusual burial custom. Each deceased gets a portrait carved from wood that make the graveyard is an interesting place to see.

CHL-02 Buon Me Thuot (Two days)

Nestled on the plateau of Daklak, Buon Me Thuot is home to several intriguing and untouched villages of M'nong and Ede minorities.

Day 1 : Upon arrival in Buon Me Thuot we visit Ethnographic Muse-um, Visit to Ede village Tua, Dray Sap Falls which is about 27 km from Buon Me Thuot, in the middle of a hardwood rainforest.

Day 2: We traveling to Lak Lake about 60 km from Buon Me Thuot. The lake views are fantastic and the climb up the adjacent hill is well worthwhile. We cross the lake with sampan to visit a very authentic M'nong village. There's also an option for elephant ride to cross the lake to the village.

CHL-03 Elephant ride in Yok Don (Full day)

Though elephant ride can be arranged in many places around Pleiku and Buon Me Thuot, but the most interesting is the Yok Don, 60 km north-west of Buon Me Thuot. The M'nong hunt wild elephants using domesticated elephants, dozens of which live in Yok Don. We are invited to drink wine from a communal jug while listen to story about the elephants. Four hour elephant ride through some beautiful forests is remarkable.

CHL-04 Da Lat (Full day)

Nestled in the majestic and temperate south central highlands of Vietnam, Da Lat has been known for years as the "City of Eternal Spring". We see the beautiful landscapes graced with pine trees , visit the famous Prenn Fall and explore the colorful fruit and vegetable market. The rest of the day is spent discovering French colonial villas, wandering the Love Valley and pausing at one of Da Lat's many beautiful flower gardens.
